North Star Mattress offers a one time only, 30 Day Comfort Exchange guarantee, only with the purchase of our water resistant mattress protector.  This allows you to exchange your mattress within 30 days of purchasing, to a more suitable mattress for your comfort needs.  Please note there is a 10% restocking fee charged at the time of the exchange, as well as, a pick up charge if needed.  Mattresses and foundations will not be accepted for comfort exchanges if there is any damage to the product, for example, stains, spots, or damage of any kind.  We do not offer refunds.
